Business Analyst Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of a Business Analyst Intern would include, but not be limited to, the following –

  • Research and analytics for ongoing projects
  • Feasibility reports and Market Study for existing and new projects
  • Financial Modelling and Revenue Structuring for existing and new projects
  • Internal Branding and Marketing initiatives – including PR, social media, blogs and brand strategy
  • Business development initiatives
  • Any other work as deemed appropriate by the firm

In addition to these, you might be required to work on other assignments, including being staffed on other projects, as deemed necessary by the firm. You would also be required to participate in the business development activities carried out by the firm. You might on occasion have to visit clients, which might include outstation clients.

We are open to the idea of you carrying out part of the work from home and come to office twice/ thrice a week. However, in some cases, where direct coordination is needed, you would be required to come to office more or visit clients for meetings.

The stipend would be negotiated post subsequent rounds of interviews.

Business Development Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of a Business Development (BD) Intern would include, but not be limited to, the following –

Business development initiatives –

  • Identifying and approaching potential clients for TSB
  • Creating proposals and decks for BD leads and meetings
  • Working with the team to explore and identify sectors TSB should target

Internal branding and marketing initiatives – including research, social media, blogs, PR and brand strategy

Any other work as deemed appropriate by the firm

In addition to these, you might be required to work on other assignments, including being staffed on other projects, as deemed necessary by the firm. You might on occasion have to visit clients, which might include outstation clients.

Senior Consultant - Business Strategy
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of a Senior Consultant – Business Strategy would include, but not be limited to, the following –

  • Leading and managing existing strategy consulting projects of the firm
  • Research and analytics for ongoing projects
  • Business development initiatives – opening up leads across sectors
  • Branding and PR activities for TSB
  • Research across industries and sectors for internal and external initiatives/ projects
  • Secondary and primary market research and on-ground data collection
  • Any other related work as deemed appropriate by the firm

In addition to these, you might be required to work on other assignments, including being staffed on other projects, as deemed necessary by the firm. You might on occasion have to visit clients, which might include outstation clients.

Qualifications:

  • Validated experience in business strategy/consulting roles (minimum 3 years preferred)
  • Client-facing consulting experience
  • MBA/Masters preferred with proven quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent client interaction skills, collaborative work style, and strong interpersonal and team skills
  • Good attention to detail, strong organization, and time management skills

Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of an Analyst would include, but not be limited to, the following –

  • Research and analytics for ongoing projects
  • Feasibility reports and market study for existing and new projects
  • Financial modeling and revenue structuring for existing and new projects
  • Internal branding and marketing initiatives – including PR, social media, blogs, and brand strategy
  • Business development initiatives
  • Compile data into actionable reports
  • Prepare pitch and presentation materials
  • Any other work as deemed appropriate by the firm

In addition to these, you might be required to work on other assignments, including being staffed on other projects, as deemed necessary by the firm. You would also be required to participate in the business development activities carried out by the firm. You might on occasion have to visit clients, which might include outstation clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics or related discipline
  • Recent Graduate with less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
